If you have an action photo or posed picture that you would like to have turned into a removable vinyl wall graphic almost identical to the FATHEADS you see of NFL PLAYERS, contact me at jason@heffran.com and let's talk.

It only takes about a week to arrive and if you DON'T have an image you would like to use, I can take one "semi-action-posed" before a game and if I don't capture an actual game image that you like better... we can just use that photo and get you a FATHEAD ordered.

All photo packages and gift orders (buttons, posters, etc) have been finalized and should be on their way shortly.

IMPORTANT!

There were some of you who placed orders and accidentally failed to include the $4.95 shipping fee. You can read an earlier post that explains that fee.

YOUR PHOTOS WILL STILL BE ORDERED! But you will need to bring $4.95 with you when you pick them up. You will be notified of the date. Cash or check.

Next year, I'll just include the fee as part of the package.

Also, a few of the orders failed to write their team name and/or player number. We'll get that straightened out before the orders are placed. We rushed to beat the rain and to get everyone through in order to allow the players time to warm up. In doing this, we couldn't possibly sign everyone in as usual.

* GAME ACTION PHOTOS are online for the REDCATS game and the TIGERS game. I was unable to stay for the RAMS game, but I will be at the next home game to capture some more shots. These were sandwiched in between the team photos and individual photos being taken.

Team Photos - Update

UPDATE: The team and individual photos taken this past Saturday should be (barring any unforeseen delays) fully edited and sent out for printing by the end of the week. From the time they are sent to print, you can expect to have the photos delivered to the address you put on the form within a maximum of 7-10 days. So, I would think to expect the photos within the next two weeks.

If you have a problem with the photos being mailed to the address you have on the form, please email me at jason@heffran.com and explain the circumstance. I will be more than happy to have the photos shipped to me and then get them to you via personal delivery or through a league coach/official.

There are some orders where the team name or jersey number was not included on the form. These may be delayed since I have to contact the coaches or you, the parent, to see what team your son plays for or what his uniform number may be. In the case of cheerleaders, I will need to ask the cheerleading coaches to identify each girl.


Also, about fifteen (15) orders did NOT include the $4.95 fee for shipping and handling that was on the form. This time, I will simple have all of these orders shipped to me and hand them over to the league for distribution. In the future, these orders will be held until the correct amount is collected. Understand that in both of these cases, your photos may be delayed as I gather up the information.


Thank you to all who purchased photo packages - you raised a significant amount of money for the league. I also would like to thank the people who helped the day move along more easily. I don't need to mention their names, they know who they are. I truly appreciated the assistance.

Team & Individual Picture Day

REMINDER: Saturday, August 21st is Team & Individual Picture Day. Please arrive two hours before game time (unless you've been notified otherwise) so that we can quickly and methodically proceed with getting your photo taken.

Please remind your son/daughter to not get their uniform dirty prior to the photos being taken. I know kids can be excited, especially with the first game at Golden Rams Stadium.


Remember to have your order form completed fully. I must have your name, address & uniform number written on the lower right section of the form. Your photos will be delivered to your home within 7-10 days. Gone are the days of having to pick up your pictures or giving the league officials the responsibility of passing out packets.


Team and Individual photos will also be posted in a gallery that you will access via this website. This is in case you decide you would like to order more photos, picture buttons, coasters, basically anything you could imagine at a later date.

This gallery will be posted within 96 hours of the day in which the photos are taken.

RAIN/MAKEUP DAY FOR PHOTOS IS THE 28th. 


* I received a question on what the $4.95 fee was for "Shipping & Handling" from a couple of people. 


I don't use any local printing company (quality is nowhere near the lab I use), nor do I print my photos "in house". What I have done is partnered with a firm in California who will double check each image to ensure that the colors are correctly balanced, etc. This extra service is extremely valuable and gives you a much nicer better product in the end - just ask someone who has ordered from me, they'll tell you that the image colors really jump off the page.


That fee is for Priority Mail service to your home. You will NOT have to pick up your photos now or at anytime in the future.


I have priced the league photos (packages & individual prints) at a price much lower than other photographers. Instead of simple adding $5 to each package, I left it that way so you would see that the photos were being delivered directly to you at the address you put on the order form.

I am proud to be affiliated with an organization such as the RYFO and am donating 20% of all sales to the league in hopes that it will be a benefit.
